At SleepTab, our main aim is to ensure that buying Sleeping Tablets online should be completely easy and hassle-free for all our esteemed customers. HOW MY MEDICINES WILL BE PACKED?
In order to ensure the privacy of our valued customers, we pack all the medicines in plain brown padded envelopes that give no indication of the medications contained inside.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MEDICINES TO YOU?
The delivery time depends entirely on your place of residence. Orders within the UK are shipped and delivered within 2 days of receipt of order. Medicines to different countries of the European Union are delivered within 4-7 days. And orders to worldwide destinations reach within 1-2 weeks depending upon the location of that country.
SleepTab is not responsible for medications seized by any country due to import restrictions.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
SleepTab takes all possible measures to ensure the timely delivery of the orders. Delays may arise due to the following situations:
- Late delivery from manufacturers and suppliers
- Delay on account of public holidays
- Delay due to issues with the postal department
- Incomplete or incorrect address details
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delays that arise due to incomplete shipment details. To ensure that the information you submitted at the time of placing the order is complete and accurate.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
Medicines are considered lost if they have not been delivered within 28 days after receipt of order. Unforeseen circumstances or rare delays can occur and so a reasonable amount of time is required before we begin an investigation to resolve the issue. It is the responsibility of the customers to inform our customer service team regarding a lost order. We will not be able to initiate the refund process if the customer doesn’t abide by the above-mentioned procedures.
